Organising Committee Report:

In the task of assigning functions to each committee, the dynamics was developed eloquently, an autonomous flow in which each group adopted with sufficient capacity for self articulated the necessity of work, organizing each group with a leader or head, which is responsible for interaction with other groups.

The Logistics Committee in the compilation of the needs of other groups, evaluation and completion of the operation of the entire circuit composed of all committees.

The Committee of communication in the definition and design of the event name, slogan, logo and establish what would be adequate and correct for the spread of advertising.

The Academic Committee in managing the transfer of the speaker from the U.S. to Colombia and Colombians find another 2 speakers, plan the themes of the conference with their schedules.

The Social Committee in the design of other materials related to certification, and course satisfaction survey of the attendees.

Each being aware of his task in all matters concerning the general organization of the event, had the freedom to creatively devise the means by which to achieve these goals and achieve them effectively.

Conclusions:

The autonomy ushered initiatives were taken by the officials who managed to locate early, primarily due to particular contingencies or not able to provide each of those belonging to the group, reach timely informed of the activity have been the initial contact virtually, performing the work in advance, and undertaking a more active academic committee and communication, and to some extent the committee logistics, leaving the task of the organizing committee office in a plane and then resume the implicit work already completed by the first-mentioned groups and finished, being all in good standing.
